160 MacArthur BlvdBourne, MassAbout the Event: This is the Show and Go to benefit The Veterinary Emergency Funding Mission Ltd. This fun-filled event is being held at The Dog Paddle, located at 160 MacArthur Blvd, (Rt 28), in Bourne, Mass., just south of the Bourne Bridge.
There will be Games and Competitions. There will also be Demonstrations including AKC Obedience and others. There will be an information booth and Vendors will also be on hand to answer your questions.
Please bring your pet!! (No Mountain Lions, Elephants, Tigers or any animal that may endanger or pose a threat to the public). Children must be accompnied by an adult.
** All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier!! NO Flexible Leads allowed!! Pet owners must clean up after their pet.
All proceeds to benefit The Veterinary Emergency Funding Mission Ltd., a 501(c)3 corp.
Directions: From Falmouth - Take Rt 28 North towards the Bourne Bridge. Go around the Bourne Rotary, heading back towards Falmouth.
**The Dog Paddle is located less than one mile south of the Bourne Bridge, the entrance is on the right just after Major's RV. Look for the yellow "Dog Paddle" sign.
From Hyannis/Yarmouth -Take Rt 6 West and follow signs to exit before going over the Sagamore Bridge. Take a left onto Adams St and the a Left onto Sandwich Rd, which runs along the Cape Cod Canal. Follow to Bourne Bridge Rotary taking Rt 28 south to The Dog Paddle as noted in ** above.
From off Cape locations - From Rt 495/25 follow Rt 25 south to the Bourne Bridge, over the Bourne Bridge taking the second right off the rotary to Rt 28 south. Then follow ** above to the Dog Paddle.
From Boston, Rt 3 south to the Rt 6 exit BEFORE the Sagamore Bridge. Follow along the Scenic Hywy to the Buzzards Bay rotary. Follow the signs to Cape Cod/Rt 28 over the Bourne Bridge. Then follow directions from ** above.
